On the Occasion of 25 Years of the Austrian Marshall Plan Center for European Studies

It is my distinct pleasure to congratulate the Austrian Marshall Plan Center for European Studies on the occasion of its 25-year anniversary. Your work over the years has been instrumental to the Austrian-American friendship on many levels, and it highlights the importance of citizen diplomacy and the significant role of academia and acedemic exchange in forging this friendship.

The Austrian Embassy values the past and ongoing collaboration with the Center, as our joint projects have been informing audiences on both sides of the Atlantic and have increased mutual understanding of our histories and the many ties that connect us.

I wish the Center continued success in the future and look forward to many more anniversaries.
