International Research Project:

"Prague Spring" of 1968 in the Protocolls of the Politbureau of the KPdSU

Four decades after the Warsaw Pact invasion of Czechoslovakia in 1968, the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute initiated an international research project "Prague Spring 1968". The project is being condeucted in partnership with the Russian State Archive for Contemporary History.

The project investigates the abolition of the Prague Spring and its consequences. As a result, a collection of sources and a volume with scientific articles were presented to the public in July 2oo8.
